-When will the items arrive?
It'll arrive around 1 week after i've sent in the orders.When i've sent in the order,i'll change the sidebar preorder status.
-Is there such thing as out of stocks?
Yes and i'll inform you together with the refund. for that, i'm really sorry!but be prepared for it.and also note that there's such thing as "the supplier don't sell it anymore" but don't worry. i'll try and update often.
-Can the shipping fee be reduced?
no.the reason being that the shipping is fixed by my supplier.and that is THREE SPORE DOLLARS.

-what does it mean by wholesaling from me? wholesaling means ordering at large quantity from me. because of the large quantity, i'll give you a special price rate. the minimum order for each preorder varies. you can be owning a shopblog and want to get goods from me or intending to open a shopblog to earn $$ and get goods from me or just a normal shoppers who intend to order a large amt.
-what is the minimum order? K25 Preorder: min order to cap- 20pcs
K12 Preorder: min order to cap- 10pcs
K10 Preorder min order to cap- 5pcs
-what is the special price rate K12 and K25: for all the prices, SGD1.40 will be deducted per pcs. K10: for all the prices, SGD1.00 will be deducted per pcs.
so now, if you've decided to wholesale from me, -what should you do? (for a owner of shopblog/intend to open) 1. Email me that you are interested in wholesaling from me. state the preorder and that you are a shopblogger I'll then reply you back with the attached html codes for that preorder
2. Open the document and copy the html codes into your post. From there change the prices. To make profit, you should increase it a little higher. 3. After posting, wait for orders.
4. Meanwhile, check my blog if there's any updates i.e. did i add in more goods. If I did, ask me for the updated html codes. I'll give you the additional html codes, you add it to the post, change the price. 5. After you've got the required minimum order, send it to me list the: -preorder -item code -qty -first and second choice of colour I'll reply you back with the attached Excel file. Check that the info in the Excel file is correct.
-what should you do? (normal customer with large amt)
send me all the orders and indicate that you want them at wholesale rate. i'll reply you back with an Excel file and you confirm you orders there.
-What happen after i've confirmed my orders? Thereafter, once i've capped my orders, i'll send in the orders to my supplier. shipping will take 5-7 days shipping fee is SGD3 for every pcs.
For out of stock item, i'll refund you back. For out of stock of colour, i'll check if the second choice of colour is available. If both colour is unavailable, i'll pick the one of the available choices. If your customer dont like, then i'll refund you back the $$.
-What if i've not yet capped the orders but you have already closed the preorder? not to worry, you can: 1. pass me your current orders at hand and I'll try to give you as much discounts as possible. Note that I'll not be able to give you the full discount.
2. Wait for the next preorder to be uploaded. Meanwhile, you can get orders first.
